SOCALOG,
A leading player in New Caledonia’s logistics transformation.

Edito

For several years now, our industry has been evolving at an exceptional pace. Contract logistics is no longer just about warehousing, transportation, or flow management — it has become a true digital ecosystem.
Information systems, real-time traceability, process automation, and now artificial intelligence are profoundly reshaping the way we work, plan, and serve our clients. These changes are not only technological — they are strategic. They raise major challenges:

How can we reconcile performance and sustainability?
How can we adapt our organizations to increasingly complex supply chains?
How can we meet ever-growing customer expectations in terms of flexibility, transparency, and accountability?

Our industry is evolving rapidly: today’s logistics is connected, digitalized, and automated. Information systems, real-time traceability, and artificial intelligence are no longer optional — they are essential pillars of operational performance.Process automation, whether applied to physical flows within warehouses or to information flows between systems, now enables us to gain efficiency, reliability, and responsiveness. Combined with predictive analysis and robotics, it is profoundly transforming the way we plan, operate, and deliver.AI is already opening new perspectives: predictive flow optimization, preventive maintenance, dynamic inventory management, large-scale data analysis… all tools that position logistics at the very heart of business competitiveness. These advancements address a dual requirement: achieving higher operational performance while ensuring greater transparency and reliability for end customers. But they also bring new challenges: cybersecurity, workforce training, system interoperability, and the ability to turn data into added value.Today, relying on a logistics provider is no longer simply an operational choice. It is no longer just a question of cost or resources.

It is a strategic choice.

Logistics has become a pillar of performance, a driver of innovation, and an accelerator of growth.
It connects vision to action, strategy to execution, and companies to their customers.

Integrating logistics at the highest level of governance means giving yourself the ability to control your growth, strengthen your competitiveness, and withstand the pressure of a constantly evolving market.

Because ultimately, the future will belong to those who can see further, act faster, and adapt better than the rest.

« Success will belong to the companies that can adapt and demonstrate greater agility than their competitors.»

Our History

Founded in 2013, SOCALOG is a 100% New Caledonian company that has become, over the years, a key player in the logistics sector in New Caledonia. After opening its first warehouse in 2015, the company expanded rapidly with two strategic new sites in 2018 and 2019, located on the outskirts of Nouméa and offering optimal access for heavy vehicles.Beyond storage and the operational management of flows, SOCALOG also supports its clients in their strategic planning through consulting services, helping them build logistics solutions that are tailored, sustainable, and value-creating for the territory.

At SOCALOG, logistics performance is not limited to controlled flows and on-time delivery. It is also rooted in a responsible vision of our role as a company — one that values people, the environment, and our territory. Our commitments reflect this determination to take concrete action, every day, to build logistics that are useful, sustainable, and meaningful for New Caledonia.

A concrete and sustainable CSR approach

Beyond regulatory compliance, we integrate our activities into a genuine Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach. In practical terms, this includes installing photovoltaic solar panels on our warehouses, continuously seeking energy optimizations, and implementing rigorous waste management practices. We also take simple but essential actions—such as collecting and recycling our dividers—to reduce our environmental impact on a daily basis. Our objective is clear: to deliver logistics that are both efficient and sustainable, contributing to the energy transition and responsible development of New Caledonia.

Environmental respect and regulatory compliance

Located in the ZAC Panda area, directly adjacent to the mangrove, SOCALOG is fully aware of the environmental responsibility that comes with it. This is why our warehouses are designed and operated in compliance with ICPE regulations (Installations Classified for Environmental Protection), which guarantee adherence to strict standards in terms of safety, risk management, and ecosystem preservation. We strive to minimize our environmental impact through responsible practices, combining logistics performance with the protection of New Caledonia’s natural environment.
